1) Drain old oil if contaminated. 2) Heat fresh or reused oil. 3) Vacuum degas it. 4) Filter through 5 µm and 1 µm elements. 5) Fill transformer under vacuum. 6) Test BDV, moisture, DGA. Fluidex systems perform all these steps automatically with safety control.
