    Transformer oil is produced by refining crude oil through distillation, solvent extraction, hydro-treatment, and filtration. The process removes moisture, sulfur, aromatics, and impurities. Final oil is tested for dielectric strength, oxidation stability, viscosity, and compliance with IEC or ASTM standards before packaging.
