  FLD 20D Ölaufbereitungsanlagen entfernen gelöste Gase, freies Wasser, gelöstes Wasser und Partikel aus Öl. Diese Maschine ist mit einem zweistufigen Vakuumsystem ausgestattet und kann daher auch zum Evakuieren von Leistungstransformatoren verwendet werden.

• Vorteile

  Der Vakuum-Ölreiniger von Fluidex bietet mehrere bedeutende Vorteile. Zunächst erhöht er die dielektrische Festigkeit des Transformatoröls auf mindestens 75 kV, was eine überlegene Isolationsleistung und Zuverlässigkeit gewährleistet. Darüber hinaus ermöglicht das System das gleichzeitige Trocknen von Transformatoren während der Ölbehandlung, was die Gesamteffizienz der Wartungsoperationen steigert. Diese Ausrüstung eignet sich auch hervorragend für das initiale Befüllen elektrischer Geräte mit Isolieröl, wodurch eine saubere und kontaminationsfreie Umgebung für eine optimale Funktion gewährleistet wird. Des Weiteren ermöglicht das System die Evakuierung von Transformatoren und anderen elektrischen Geräten, um Feuchtigkeit und Luft zu entfernen und so einen dielektrischen Durchschlag zu verhindern. • Anwendung

  FLD 20D Ölaufbereitungsanlagen mit einem zweistufigen Vakuumsystem können im Energiesektor und anderen Industrien zum Filtern, Trocknen und Tiefentgasen der folgenden Arten von Dielektrika eingesetzt werden:

  • Transformatoröle;
  • Silikonöle;
  • Midel 7131 dielektrische Flüssigkeiten;
  • FR3-Flüssigkeiten.

  Zusätzlich können FLD 20D Ölaufbereitungsanlagen zum Erhitzen von Transformatoröl, Befüllen von Öl in einen Transformator unter Vakuum oder zum Evakuieren des Transformators eingesetzt werden.
