Key transformer oil tests include BDV, water content (Karl Fischer), DGA, and interfacial tension. Fluidex supplies both oil processing systems and testing kits for on-site BDV and moisture checks. This allows operators to verify oil quality after filtration or before energizing new or serviced transformers. Testing ensures compliance with IEC 60296 or ASTM D3487.
