The FLD 0.15D system is designed for online drying of transformer insulation (with insulating oil and paper insulation included). The FLD 0.15D online dry-out system is connected to the transformer and remains in operation nearby throughout the drying process. The transformer oil is circulated through three sorbent cartridges in the FLD 0.15D online dry-out system. Due to its high adsorption capacity, the sorbent extracts moisture from the oil, after which the dehydrated oil is returned to the transformer.
