FLD 72R plant is designed for transformer oil regeneration. Oil regeneration is done by passing oxidized transformer oil through absorptive beds of Fuller's Earth. Fuller's Earth is purified clay that does a very effective job of removing polar contaminants and other oxidation by-products from the transformer oil. After Fluidex's regeneration, the parameters of oxidized transformer oil are restored to those of new oil.

FLD 12R Oil Regeneration System
The FLD 12R system is designed for transformer oil regeneration. Oil regeneration is performed by running oxidized transformer oil through adsorptive layers of Fuller's Earth. Fuller's Earth constitutes purified clay that does a very effective job by removing polar contaminants and other oxidation by-products from the transformer oil. After regeneration with the use of Fluidex equipment, the parameters of oxidized transformer oil are restored to those of new oil.
