Oil Testing

The FLD 1T transformer oil meter is engineered to determine the mass fraction of dissolved moisture in insulating mineral oils with a kinematic viscosity of up to 70 cSt at 50°C. When using the unit, it is important to keep in mind that FLD 1T provides a rapid indicative measurement of moisture content. For definitive, certified results, a full laboratory analysis is still required.

FLD 90T tester is engineered to measure the dielectric strength of transformer oil and other insulating fluids in compliance with IEC 60156, ASTM D877, and ASTM D1816 standards. This is high-performance device with a test voltage up to 90 kV. This fully automated Fluidex’s tester facilitates testing in accordance with the specified procedures outlined in these standards, as well as custom user-defined procedures accessible through the setup menu.

FLD 75T tester is engineered to measure the dielectric strength of transformer oil and other insulating fluids in compliance with IEC 60156, ASTM D877, and ASTM D1816 standards. FLD T tester is designed for measuring the dielectric loss tangent (tan δ), permittivity and electrical resistivity of transformer oils and other dielectric fluids in compliance with IEC 60247-2004-02 (VDE-0380-2:2005_01), ASTM D924-08, and ASTM D1169-02 standards. This fully automatic FLD T tan delta tester enables testing according to these standards, as well as custom procedures specified by the user in the setup menu.
