FLD 100M Magnetic Mill
FLD 100M magnetic mill, equipped with ferromagnetic elements, is designed to enhance the efficiency of physical and chemical processes. The processes conducted in the FLD 100M can be categorized based on their outcomes and include the following:
- mixing of liquids and gases,
- blending of solid powdered materials,
- dry pulverization of solid substances,
- pulverization of solids within liquid media,
- activation of the surface properties of solid particles,
- facilitating chemical reactions, and altering the physical and chemical characteristics of processed substances (for example, the modification of oil raw materials).
This classification, however, is largely conceptual, as multiple processes often occur simultaneously within the mill.

FLD 100M’s operating chamber is designed to create conditions that significantly impact the processing of materials. These include:
- a rotating external magnetic field,
- repeated interactions between ferromagnetic particles, the chamber walls, and the processed medium,
- the generation of acoustic shockwaves,
- the occurrence of cavitation phenomena, and
- localized electrolysis effects.
The simultaneous action of these factors within the chamber boosts the speed of most physical and chemical processes by two to three orders of magnitude, greatly enhancing the overall efficiency of the process line.

Application
