• Description

  FLD 5D oil purifiers remove dissolved gases, free water, dissolved water and particulates from cable oil, to store portions of prepared cable oil and to add oil to oil-filled cable lines with voltage up to 500 kV.

  FLD 5D cable oil purifiers consists of a vacuum chamber, an input pump, a heater, an output pump, coarse and fine filters, a control cabinet, a vacuum pump and a backing pump, as well as oil storage tanks.

• Application

  FLD 5D oil purifiers with a two-stage vacuum system can be used in the energy sector and other industries for filtering, drying, and deep degassing of the following types of oils:

  • cable oils;
  • transformer oils;
  • silicone oils;
  • Midel 7131 dielectric fluids;
  • FR3 fluids.

  Additionally, FLD 5D vacuum oil purifiers can be used for storing batches of cable oil, refilling cable oil into high-voltage cable lines with a voltage of up to 500 kV, and vacuuming external equipment.
