Oil Purification

FLD 77D oil purifiers remove dissolved gases, free and dissolved water, as well as particulate matter from oil. The FLD 26.4D transformer oil purification machine is recognized for treatment of dielectric oil with a mass moisture content of 50 ppm and a volumetric dissolved gas content of approx. 10% before being treated. FLD 5D transformer oil purification machines remove dissolved gases, free and dissolved water, as well as particulate matter from cable oil, to store portions of prepared cable oil and to add oil to oil-filled cable lines with a voltage up to 500 kV. The FLD 5D vacuum oil purifier consists of a vacuum chamber, an input pump, a heater, an output pump, coarse and fine filters, a control cabinet, a vacuum pump and a backing pump, as well as oil storage tanks.
