FLD 5D transformer oil purification machines remove dissolved gases, free and dissolved water, as well as particulate matter from cable oil, to store portions of prepared cable oil and to add oil to oil-filled cable lines with a voltage up to 500 kV. The FLD 5D vacuum oil purifier consists of a vacuum chamber, an input pump, a heater, an output pump, coarse and fine filters, a control cabinet, a vacuum pump and a backing pump, as well as oil storage tanks.

FLD 72R plant is designed for transformer oil regeneration. Oil regeneration is done by passing oxidized transformer oil through absorptive beds of Fuller's Earth. Fuller's Earth is purified clay that does a very effective job of removing polar contaminants and other oxidation by-products from the transformer oil. After Fluidex's regeneration, the parameters of oxidized transformer oil are restored to those of new oil.

The FLD 12R system is designed for transformer oil regeneration. Oil regeneration is performed by running oxidized transformer oil through adsorptive layers of Fuller's Earth. Fuller's Earth constitutes purified clay that does a very effective job by removing polar contaminants and other oxidation by-products from the transformer oil. After regeneration with the use of Fluidex equipment, the parameters of oxidized transformer oil are restored to those of new oil.

The FLD 1T transformer oil meter is engineered to determine the mass fraction of dissolved moisture in insulating mineral oils with a kinematic viscosity of up to 70 cSt at 50 °C. When using the unit, it is important to keep in mind that the FLD 1T provides a rapid indicative measurement of moisture content. Obtaining definitive, certified results still requires a comprehensive laboratory analysis.

This fully automatic FLD T tan delta tester enables testing according to these standards, as well as custom procedures specified by the user in the setup menu.

The FLD 0.15D system is designed for online drying of transformer insulation (with insulating oil and paper insulation included). The FLD 0.15D online dry-out system is connected to the transformer and remains in operation nearby throughout the drying process. The transformer oil is circulated through three sorbent cartridges in the FLD 0.15D online dry-out system. Due to its high adsorption capacity, the sorbent extracts moisture from the oil, after which the dehydrated oil is returned to the transformer.

The FLD V transformer evacuation system is engineered to create the required vacuum for evacuating of transformer tanks.
