The oil purification process includes: preheating the oil, vacuum degassing, particle filtration (1-5 µm), and moisture removal (<10 ppm). Fluidex units perform this automatically. The oil is then tested (BDV, water content) before vacuum filling. This ensures reliable insulation and safe startup of new or serviced transformers.
