Looking for a transformer testing and commissioning procedure – what’s standard?

Standard transformer commissioning includes: 1) visual check, 2) insulation resistance test, 3) BDV test of oil, 4) tan delta test, 5) DGA test, 6) oil filtration if required, 7) energizing under load. Fluidex systems are used in step 3 and 6 for oil purification and moisture removal.
