PCB oil handling requires strict controls: trained personnel, restricted access, and use of chemical resistant gloves, protective clothing, and eye protection. Work areas must have spill kits, secondary containment, and dedicated tools to prevent cross contamination. Smoking and eating in work zones are prohibited. Any leaks are treated as hazardous releases and must be cleaned using approved methods. Containers must be labeled and sealed, and wastes are tracked by documentation. Decontamination of equipment and surfaces is required.
