An oil purification plant works by processing contaminated oil through several stages to remove water, dissolved gases, solid particles, and sludge. The oil is first heated to lower its viscosity, which improves the efficiency of filtration and separation. It is then passed through filters to remove solids and through vacuum dehydration to extract moisture and gases. After the oil is purified, it is recirculated back into the system, ensuring that it can continue to insulate, cool, or lubricate equipment effectively.
