A transformer oil regeneration and degassing system works by:

Filtration: Removing solid impurities from the oil.
Heating: Warming the oil to lower its viscosity.
Vacuum Degassing: Placing the oil in a vacuum chamber to evaporate dissolved gases and moisture.
Adsorption/Regeneration: Passing the oil through activated clay or similar adsorbents to remove acids, sludge, and other degradation products.
Recirculation: Returning the purified and regenerated oil back to the transformer, restoring its dielectric properties and ensuring efficient cooling and insulation.
