The transformer oil purification process involves several steps:

Heating: The oil is heated to lower its viscosity, making it easier to filter.
Filtration: Solid particles like dirt and sludge are removed using fine filters.
Vacuum Dehydration: Moisture and dissolved gases are removed from the oil using a vacuum system.
Degassing: Any remaining gases are eliminated to improve the oil’s insulating properties. This process restores the oil’s dielectric strength and cooling efficiency, ensuring the transformer operates efficiently and safely.
