Mineral oil is degassed by heating the oil and subjecting it to vacuum pressure in a vacuum chamber. The lower pressure causes dissolved gases to evaporate from the oil, which is then removed through vacuum pumps. This process restores the oil’s dielectric strength and stability, making it ideal for use in transformers, lubricants, or industrial machinery.
