BP transformer oil is used as an insulating and cooling medium in distribution and power transformers, reactors, and oil-filled electrical equipment. Typical applications include utility substations, renewable energy grid connections, industrial transformers, and OEM transformer manufacturing. BP oils are selected when compliance with IEC 60296 or equivalent utility specifications is required, supported by batch testing and full technical documentation for grid reliability.
