The oil filtration of transformer procedure includes: pre-heating, vacuum degassing, multi-stage particle filtration, and BDV testing. Fluidex equipment automates this, ensuring oil meets IEC 60296 specs. After filtration, the oil is vacuum-filled into the tank. This prevents air pockets and restores dielectric strength before energization.
