The transformer oil degassing process involves:

Heating the oil to lower its viscosity.
Vacuum chamber treatment where the oil is exposed to reduced pressure, causing dissolved gases and moisture to evaporate.
Vacuum pump extraction that removes the evaporated gases.
Recirculation of the degassed oil back into the transformer to restore dielectric strength and insulation.
